Very turbid water entering River Severn
Report
Given the hundreds of mallard ducks on the river here, and that they were roosting around the outfall, it looks as if this very turbid orange-brown water may be associated with their artificial culture, presumably for shooting. This was happening after a prolonged dry spell, so after heavy rain it is likely to be even more significant. The point grid reference is 374462 285486.
